Shipping your package

Packages are generally sent within 2 working days of receipt of payment and are shipped by express courier with tracking and delivery without signature.

Once the product is paid, the cost of delivery is free, including both the cost of processing and packaging, as well as the postage costs.

If you prefer delivery with UPS Extra with mandatory signature, there will be applied an additional cost borne by you, so please contact us before choosing this method.

Whichever method you choose, you will have a link to track your package online.
In the case of a refund payment, you will not benefit from the 100 RON discount particular to those who choose bank transactions.

Delivery risks are your responsibility, but we take special measures to protect fragile items.
The boxes are well sized and your items are well protected.

Return of goods

According to Ordinance no. 34/2014, the return of goods can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

The good must be returned with the original purchase invoice and all related documents.
Return costs will be borne by the buyer.

Within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of return, we will refund the value of the goods to your account or by money order.

The product can only be returned if it is in perfect condition with the corresponding accessories.
The product that shows traces of blows, scratches, or traces of use or assembly cannot be returned.
